Whatsup guys and Happy Spring 2021. I’m glad to be out of the winter months and feeling good getting some fresh air outside. The cherry blossoms are in bloom and the tulips are showing off their bright rainbow colors. I’m wishing everyone a happy and healthy season this year as we all continue to ride this crazy roller coaster of life.

I’m a little bit late getting this post out than I’d like to be. But nevertheless, here it is! Mothers Day 2021 is just around the corner and I’ve been trying to think of something nice to do for my mom this year. It’s been a hard year for everyone and I think everyone can use a little extra love. Since I play in a band, I was thinking of maybe doing a mini-concert for my mom. Although the wind is still brisk, the warmth of the sun feels like an appetizer to a hot summer meal. That’s right, it’s finally spring! The little purple flowers in my garden have already started to break through the soil and the robins have taken over the fields. Yesterday I got to put my winter clothes into storage and pull out some of my spring and summer stuff. Which led to me realizing that I need new spring and summer stuff! However, I decided that this time around when buying my outfits, I want quality articles that will last. Well, it’s starting to look like we may not get the whole family together for Christmas this year. Thankfully, with the internet, we can still stay in touch, video-call, etc. and have a long distance Christmas. Even though we are physically apart we are still spiritually together. So, when coming up with Christmas gift ideas for everyone this year it’s going to take some clever-ness to get it done. Now with having family and friends all over the world, it’s not as easy as popping into your local bookstore and grabbing the newly released “Stuff You Should Know” book. I’ve been back in the van lifestyle this last month and loving every moment. It would be amazing to have an adventure dog friend to come along on the adventures, but I might have to upgrade to a bigger van. My caravan is already stuffed to the brim with musical instruments and fire spinning toys. However, thinking about a travel dog inspired me to check out Etsy’s products to see if there were any cool travel dog accessories. And what do you know, of course, there is! Fathers Day is soon approaching and once again you are scrambling to think of a new and original idea for dad. Well, I don’t know about your father but mine has become quite invested in the reality TV show “Forged in Fire.” It’s pretty much a competition show kind-of like those cooking ones except that these are blacksmiths competing to forge the best sword, battle axe, mace, or whatever challenge gets thrown at them.
